TL hostel is an online marketplace that connects students and individuals seeking hostel accommodation with hostel owners across Pakistan. We facilitate the discovery and booking process but do not own or operate the hostels listed on our platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Multiple accounts per person are not permitted.
Bookings made through TL hostel are subject to hostel owner approval. Payment terms and methods are determined by the hostel owner. TL hostel does not process payments directly. All pricing is displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Hostel owners must provide accurate information about their properties, including pricing, availability, amenities, and photos. Misleading information may lead to listing removal.
Users must not: submit false bookings, harass other users, attempt to circumvent the platform, post fraudulent reviews, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
TL hostel acts as an intermediary. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any hostel listing. Users engage with hostel owners at their own discretion and risk.
All content on TL hostel, including design, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of TL hostel. User-submitted content (reviews, photos) grants us a license to display it on the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
